Goal Based Programs

90 Days Program. Choose between 24, 36 or 48 sessions. Involves one or more fitness methods along with physiotherapy training in a perfect combination. Each High Intensity training session will be of 30 minutes. You may require two to four sessions a week for three months to achieve the desired fitness goal.
