30 minutes magic is a comprehensive fitness training club and Enhanced EMS training being it’s one of the primary tools. 30 minutes magic offers wide range of fitness services like personal training, aerobics, yoga, Aqua exercises etc. we are dedicated to help our clients reach their fitness goal. Butyes, we do strongly believe in the efficiency and output results of EEMS training. It is intense, effective and excellent. It helps to enhance the benefits of any training method that is given along with Enhanced EMS.

2. Explain us about 30 minutes magic ’s fitness cocktail and special targeted programs?

Every individual has different needs and different targets. It may be losing few inches of those extra sizes in your body or shedding few pounds of excess fat. Some wants flat abdomen and get rid of their potty tummy. some want to improve their energy level, wellness index and quality of life. 30 minutes magic assists you to reach your goal in lesser duration but in more effective way.


We offer 90 days programs and you may choose any combination of your favorite fitness training type. We recommend to combine EEMS training with one or two other training methods. We offer these special packages with and without medical rehabilitation and aesthetic techniques. Healthcare and aesthetic sessions are offered in the affiliated healthcare or aesthetic facility.

EEMS stands for Enhanced Electric Muscle Stimulation. Technically, EEMS is a total body workout with body current. 8. Can you do EEMS training in the long term?

Yes. You should workout in long term and as regularly as with conventional training. The strength of the muscles can only be maintained by training regularly. If you do not work out over an extended period of time, the muscles will be reduced to the original status. Just like with conventional strength training. But the advantage with EEMS is that it requires only single 20 minutes session per week. Clients are at comfort to choose only EEMS training or take one session per week and rest days can continue with their regular exercise regimen.

9.Why is the EEMS training much more effective than conventional weight training?

The EEMS full-body workout activates over 90% of the muscle fibers at the same time during each contraction! As oppose to conventional weight training, deeper muscles are demanded, as well. That enhances intra and intercellular coordination. Therefore, the training produces an effect much more rapidly and effectively than conventional weight training. The training effect with EEMS training can be up 18 times better than with conventional weight training.

10. Is stimulation current dangerous?

No. Training or therapy using medium or low-frequency current stimulation is not dangerous. The reason is,our muscles work constantly. 11. What special requirements do I need to use EEMS?

Muscles growth (hypertrophy) is quicker to achieve. It is important to know that the hormone level is essential: training males build up muscles (hormone: testosterone) and training females tighten muscles (hormone: estrogen).

19.Does the electric current have any side effects?

No, according to official studies, there are absolutely no negative side effects for sport-healthy humans. As an encouraging contrary, there are lot of positive epiphenomena. Electro stimulator treatments are also a recognized part of classical techniques in physiotherapy since the 1950s.

20. Can this electric current harm my heart?

21. Is the training dangerous, are there side effects?

23. Is EEMS suitable for Post-Natal Training?

25. Does EEMS Training Hurt?

No. EEMS training is no more strenuous than a conventional workout. By the end of the session you will need a rest and a drink of water, depending on the intensity of your workout. The equipment uses low impulse frequency, the experience of receiving the impulses may take a little getting used to, but it is not painful in any way.

26.Should I avoid EEMS training if I have certain health conditions?

Most people can use EEMS training but if you have a certain health condition that prevents you from participating in conventional sport then you must get approval from your doctor. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept clients with the following:
Epilepsy •pacemaker •pregnancy •severe circulatory disorders •abdominal or inguinal •Tuberculosis •Tumor diseases •Atherosclerosis at an advanced stage, arterial circulation disorders •Severe neurological diseases •Diabetes mellitus •Diseases with fever, acute bacterial or viral processes bleeding, severe bleeding disorders (hemophilia).

27. Can I stand still and let the machine do all the work?

If you are a cardiac insufficient patient or with extremely week body or very aged or very obese, then our answer is ‘yes, it is possible’- EEMS allows passive exercise. But for healthy others, this is not how the technology works if you want maximum result output. The technology enhances the impact of the exercises you do, but you must be doing exercises in order to experience best benefits. During each session you will be guided through a routine with our personal trainer, performing exercises such as press ups and squats etc. As you work out, the electrical pulses will stimulate the muscles, dramatically improving the efficiency of the exercise routine.

28. What is the age limit with EEMS training?

The minimum age for using EEMS is 18, and there is no upper age limit. Internationally, EEMS studios has treated several geriatric or elderly persons of both genders. Instructors can tailor sessions according to your goals and fitness levels by controlling each muscle group and adjusting the intensity of the workout session.

29.Can improve performance level and condition in general with EEMS?

During a full body workout with EEMS 90% of the muscle fibers are stimulated simultaneously. In order to achieve this with conventional strength training an enormous amount of time is usually necessary and the effect cannot be achieved in a single session.
In addition, EEMS is particularly targeted at the deeper muscle fibers that are difficult to train with conventional methods, but which are important for the increase in strength. Especially for strength/ endurance sports, leads to a measurable and tangible increase in individual performance.

30. Can we build muscles with EEMSSystem®?

Yes. However, there is a difference between women and men. Women can sustainably and effectively improve their problem areas. They achieve a natural, attractive and sexy body shape. But women are limited by their hormone levels in muscle growth in general. With EEMS training, woman can seldom build unintentionally excessive muscles. The male physique allows faster to build muscles. With EEMS even the deep muscle fibers, which can normally not be engaged with conventional strength training are activated.
